🤯I have done this exercise many times over the years, in moments where I felt overwhelmed, stuck, or scared.
I promise you, to me this has been the most effective method to stop me from stressing out. You can even do this against procrastinating!
You might not be able to solve all problems immediately, but the main purpose of this exercise it to put things in PERSPECTIVE and give you the momentum to ACT!
As soon as you start working on issues that you have control about, your stress level will come down.
